Denny Tugwell from Stamford College, part of Inspire Education Group, has been selected from nearly 400 nationwide entrants to exhibit their work at Origins Creatives, taking place at the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane later this month.

Denny’s success makes for the third year in a row that Stamford College Level 3 Creative Media students have had their work showcased in the Creative Origins exhibition. Denny’s submission, titled ‘The Mist’, caught the attention of the UAL Awarding Body’s curator, Charlie Levine, and was carefully selected for inclusion in the exhibition. An environment for a survival horror game, ‘The Mist’ is supernatural entity which is flooding a small town, and as a player you must find the source of the mist and find what is causing it. As you explore the small town, you gather information for the whereabouts of the strange phenomenon, and get to witness the strange side effects these emissions are causing.
Organised by UAL Awarding Body, Origins Creatives provides art lovers, critics and industry professionals from the creative sector the chance to discover original creative talent from across the UK, and celebrate students’ creativity and hard work. The free exhibition showcases work from some of the UK’s most talented students in FE institutions studying across the UAL subject areas of Art and Design, Fashion Business and Retail, Creative Media, Music Performance and Production and Performing Arts.
