Last Thursday saw the successful return of Party in the Car Park, proudly hosted by Stamford College, in which Creative Arts students have the opportunity to celebrate their academic achievements and showcase their creative talents to invited family and friends.
Over 350 people attended and supported the student event, with everyone enjoying performances by the Music and Performing Arts students, an exhibition including displayed work from the Graphic Design, Fashion, Art & Design, Foundation Art and Photography departments and a selection of stalls selling refreshments and hot food.
Event organiser Rachael Cooper commented, ‘The event has been a huge success, we are so proud of all of our students' achievements. The exhibition looks amazing, thank you to everyone involved. The live performances were a massive hit with crowds staying until the end and asking for an encore!’
It was a truly inspiring and enjoyable evening, so thank you to everyone who took part.
