This week, hundreds of prospective students and their families attended the fourth Stamford College Open Evening of the academic year. Many arrived early for the ‘Meet the Tutor’ event, to discuss their options and voice any concerns to teaching staff, in a friendly, welcoming environment. Afterwards, students of the Events Team were on hand to guide visitors around campus, and to share their experiences of their time at College.
Stamford College, part of Inspire Education Group, also hosted an Apprenticeships Employer Recruitment Fair in the Conference Centre that night, where local employers, Allison Homes, Howdens and Countryside Partnerships, alongside IEG’s Anglia Professional Training and inspire+, and College representatives for Apprenticeships, T-Levels and Work Experience, spoke to visitors about work-based training programmes.
