With work well underway on the £2.7 million extension to Stamford College’s Construction Skills Centre, our Level 2 Bricklaying students received a guided tour by Lindum Site Manager Richard Coleman.
After an initial site induction, Richard explained to the students the day-to-day running of the building site, how the project is developing and the range of new sustainable materials incorporated into the build. A valuable real-life insight into working in their chosen industry.
Students are now looking forward to several work experience days, where they will have the opportunity to get first-hand work experience with Lindum, a highly regarded and established brand in the industry.
