Hair and Beauty students competed in the AHT (Association of Hairdressers and Therapists) Nationals Competition and have won again!
Hair and Beauty students traveled up to Blackpool on Sunday to prepare themselves for a busy day of competing. The competition began on Monday and saw our students take part in a variety of categories including Team Bridal, 1940′s make up, Fantasy, Ladies Evening, Transgender and Ladies Conversion. The competition was significantly harder than at the regional level because this was the National Finals which sees all the winners from Colleges all over the country come together to compete against one another, so this really is the best of the best! To even finish in the top three of a category is a major achievement, so to see that we had five students that came away with place finishes and three first place finishes is something they can be extremely proud of.
See below the names and categories of our winning students who we are all so proud of!
