You just need to answer three simple questions about your study preferences, interests and predicted grades and we can suggest courses that might suit you.

  • 1 Study type
  • 2 Your Interests
  • 3 Your Grades
Question 1

How would you prefer to study?

Question 2

What are your interests?

Question 3

What grades have you achieved or are predicted?

These results are a suggestion of courses you may want to explore but are by no means a definitive list and individual entry requirements do apply.

Five Ways to Stay Fit During Isolation

Staying active is essential to keeping healthy. Here are five ways to stay fit during isolation.

Homeworkoutplan5fit

1. Create a home workout plan.

Set yourself a realistic goal in terms of how much you will exercise in one week, what the exercises are and if you plan on implementing a new diet.

You could also check out popular home workout videos on YouTube! Our recommendations are further down this post!

Stretching5fit

2. Include a warm up and stretch.

Arguably the most important part of any workout! Warming up and stretching can prevent you from injuring yourself and feeling stiff. Check out the below video for a number of basic warm ups. Make sure you do your research to find out what warm ups suit your main workouts best.

3. Follow a knowledgeable and respected online trainer.

There is a massive amount of information on YouTube on many subjects. Home workouts being one of them. A lot of the videos provide incredible information that can help change your life, others give information out that may not be factually true or good for you.

Joe Wicks is famously good at providing incredible exercise videos on his YouTube channel. This is a great place to get started!

Also, our AMAZING team over at our Borderville campus often post incredible workouts to their Facebook page. Check them out here.

Yoga5 Motivation

4. Yoga

Yoga is a great way to help your circulation. Especially if you’re sat for long periods studying and completing work.

Getting started with Yoga is very easy! YouTube has thousands of content creators that will take you through a good quality yoga session. Here is a great one to get you started.

5. Make the most of your daily allowance.

Why not plan to go for a run on Monday and Thursday, and then plan visually pleasing walks the rest of the week?
It’s very important to make sure you use your daily allowance and to reap the various benefits of being out of the house for a small amount of time every day.
