The Stamford College Creative Arts Department Winter Exhibition runs from the 4th
to the 19th of January 2023 at Stamford Arts Centre, showcasing our talented students’ work with multidisciplinary installations of film, still image, art, fashion and graphic design.

The show includes work from across all of the Creative Arts courses, from the Level 1 Award through to Level 3 Extended Diploma. As noted by Rachael Cooper, Head of Faculty for Business, IT, Media, Travel and Arts, the exhibition “is the culmination of months of student work and is an excellent opportunity for them to showcase their creations in a public gallery”. One featured artist is Level 3 Extended Diploma in Art & Design student, Ellis Gardner, showcasing the side piece:
Rachael Cooper commended the students and their tutors for their hard work; “It’s a real pleasure to see how far our learners have come since they joined us, and the level of creativity and technical skills on display is really breath-taking and everyone should be very proud of themselves. It is also testament to the fantastic teaching team who work tirelessly to make the courses fun, engaging and industry-relevant, so that our students can gain the skills they need to move successfully from Stamford College, onto their next steps, whether that be Higher Education or employment”’.
Stamford Arts Centre is open Monday to Saturday, from 8:30am. Closing times are defined by the event schedule, but generally not before 8pm.
