Former Skills for Work and Living student Sam Harvey was part of the very talented and inspirational 'Sign Along With Us' group who were awarded the coveted 'Golden Buzzer' on Britain's Got Talent by judge David Walliams in the latest episode of the hit Talent Show.
The group performed through sign, 'This is Me' the single made famous by the movie 'The Greatest Showman', a Golden Globe winning 'best original song'.
The crowd were magnanimous, rising their feet erupting in applause before each judge made their remarks, ending with David Walliams reaching for the ultimate adulation of the golden buzzer.
Music Mogul Simon Cowell said, "You're saying, 'This is me', and I am thinking, 'You are us', because you define what this show should all be about. This is an audition I will never, ever forget."
David Walliams was last to speak, going on to say, "Everyone of you gave everything to this performance, an amazing positive message to put out there and all I can say is..."
Before pressing the Golden Buzzer and showering the whole stage with confetti!
The crowd erupted once again with triumphant applause and a standing ovation, with the performers from 'Sign Along With Us' all celebrating wildly with cheers and hugs and even 'glitter angels' which hosts Ant and Dec couldn't help but join in with citing' That's how you do it! That's how you celebrate a golden buzzer!'
