Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Level 2

Opti­mise prop­er­ty con­di­tion and ensure build­ings are kept in a safe work­ing con­di­tion. As a Prop­er­ty Main­te­nance Oper­a­tive you will main­tain a high lev­el of qual­i­ty and pro­vide max­i­mum sat­is­fac­tion to cus­tomers, clients, guests and your team. You will explore the mech­a­nisms of build­ing and pre­vent­ing major dam­age that could result in exten­sive costs and max­imise reac­tive inter­ven­tion.

This appren­tice­ship is aimed at employ­ees in a mul­ti-trade, and is avail­able in the fol­low­ing fields; elec­tri­cal main­te­nance, heat­ing and con­di­tion­ing main­te­nance, build­ing struc­ture main­te­nance, car­pen­try tasks, plas­ter­ing and tiling.
