Our Employer Hub at Stamford College enables students, educators, and employers to collectively identify the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for success in your industry. This collaboration influences our curriculum to develop practical skills and experience that you want and need from your employees.
By sponsoring our Employer Hub, you can lead a range of activities for our learners, including masterclasses, workshops, site visits, volunteering opportunities, and industry placements. Alternatively, you can run projects and competitions that our students can take part in, testing their knowledge and skills in a real business context.

Events
Showcase your branding to parents and prospective students via signage and inclusion in promotional literature (printed materials and banners) our many open events throughout the year. As a popular local post-16 provider our open events attract around 3000 local parents and students each year!
Student Awards
Be included in the judging process, with branding included on the trophy, certificate and all awards promotional material such as the programme and presentation.
Inter-College and School Competitions
Where the College runs competitions to showcase skills within your sector, as a sponsor your branding will be included on all invitations to schools and colleges, all social media activity covering the competition, and all PR to local media post-event. There is also the potential opportunity to be included in the judging process and for your branding to be included in awards presentations and certificates.

Your branding will be included in all mentions of sponsorship and activities supported by you, PR and news posts and course information where your support has helped design and develop the curriculum.
Work Experience
Work collaboratively with our curriculum staff to develop the high-level thinking and problem-solving skills that learners must demonstrate in the workplace by setting real business projects, challenges and competitions. You can set tasks completed in College, in a work environment or out in the community, with an end goal of having a genuine benefit to your company long after the project has been completed.
Press Releases
PR covering your sponsorship and involvement in the Employer Academy will be sent to local media and featured on the Stamford College website at all opportunities. The PR will be in collaboration with your PR team to ensure the accuracy of the content and formalised sign-off and approval for publishing.
Signage and Print
The opportunity for signage to be installed on internal and external canvases such as workshops / studio / clinic walls, external totems, flags and banners promoting the sponsorship can be discussed on a site visit and included in your sponsorship agreement.
All printed materials, such as brochures, leaflets, certificates, invitations and advertising that mention sponsorship activities detailed within this implementation plan will include your logo and branding.
Social Media
You will be included in all mentions and activities associated with your sponsored department on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. Posts will be designed and scheduled in collaboration with your marketing team to ensure the accuracy of the content and formalised sign-off and approval for publishing.
Masterclasses
Opportunity to deliver a guest speaker slot to an audience of students interested in a career within your industry.
Our students seek insight into your industry or the requirements for a specific role within the sector.
