You will be assessed on their progress throughout the year and build a portfolio of evidence. The work is validated by an external verifier from Gateway. Functional skills will involve tests at the appropriate level.
Trips, visits and guest speakers are an essential part of your course and they develop your knowledge of different career opportunities and allow you to add to the skills you are learning at College. Trips and visits may come at an additional cost.
