Apprenticeships combine on the job training with formal learning opportunities in College or at one of our training locations. Apprentices will develop sector specific skills, knowledge and behaviours as they work through a programme of learning and an Assessment Plan that has been developed by employers. Every year the college's Apprenticeships Team work with local and regional employers to train over 400 of our apprentices in their chosen profession. Our dedicated Apprenticeships Team are on hand to support employers and candidates throughout the Apprenticeship journey to ensure you get the most out of the process.
Declan was honoured at the 2022 National Apprenticeships Awards, and invited to join the prestigious Apprenticeship Ambassador Network, which is sure to open up a wealth of opportunities.

Studying in the work place means I can gain the real-life, hands on experience I need to progress in the early years sector!
